Job Coach - Inclusive Employment Australia

Inclusive Employment Australia supports individuals with disability, injury, or health condition in preparing for, finding, and maintaining employment. We are looking to grow our team to deliver these services.

Responsibilities

• No weekends or public holidays.
• Deliver tailored employment support to clients to help them prepare for, find, and maintain employment.
• Support clients in the search for employment that suits their skills and abilities, and work with employers as needed.
• Provide ongoing support to clients in employment and assist their employers as required.
