Are you a creative visionary with a passion for print? We're seeking a talented Senior Print Textiles Designer to help lead the design and development of printed artworks and embroideries across our global collections. You will stay ahead of market trends, develop original on-brand artworks, manage strike-off approvals, and oversee the production process to maintain quality and design integrity.

• Ensure comprehensive knowledge of local and overseas market trends through magazines and online research
• Analyze the relevance of trends for the brand and develop accordingly with the Buyer & Designer
• Maintain a finger on the pulse of emerging trends to ensure Forever New is first to market with new image trends
• Create/visualize outstanding new artworks in line with Forever New handwriting
• Demonstrate broad awareness of competitors and external trends, identifying missed opportunities
• Participate in weekly design meetings and contribute ideas and observations
• Collaborate with Design team to develop on-trend/commercial story boards and colour palettes
• Prepare extensive trend research and tear sheets prior to monthly design meetings
• Contribute to the trend booklet with graphics for each trend theme
• Interpret current and future trends into Forever New handwriting
• Provide written reports on up-and-coming graphic trends to Design/Buying teams
• Prepare trend boards aligned with monthly story boards
• Provide input at artwork development stage to ensure commercial viability and technical feasibility
• Ensure copyright considerations are observed
• Attach colour/thread/bead information to all artwork
• Ensure art is correctly scaled for required garments and graded appropriately
• Prepare yardage artwork for repeats and clearly indicate printing techniques on artwork
• Initiate and create graphics for the Designer's seasonal themes regularly
• Discuss new research/ideas daily with Design and Buying, translating into work

• A qualification in Fashion Design/Graphic Design is essential
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience at a Senior Print Designer level
• Extensive technical knowledge of screen and digital printing across multiple base cloths
• Experience communicating with overseas suppliers and understanding factory capabilities and limitations
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Comprehensive design skills with experience in feminine florals
• Management experience overseeing and developing a design team
• High attention to detail, strong management skills and clear communication with team and stakeholders
• Knowledge of local and overseas fashion retail markets
