A high-growth real estate investment platform backed by leading global institutional capital is looking for a motivated Investment Analyst to join their team.
This vertically integrated platform manages multiple funds focused exclusively on Australia's living sector. With in-house capabilities across development, operations, and capital. Three investment vehicles have been established to date, several new development funds are in planning, alongside a future core fund and a manager co-investment vehicle.
The Role
It's a hands-on role with exposure to every aspect of the business, including funds management, capital raising, and transactions, while gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of institutional-grade residential developments, from deal sourcing through to fund execution and ongoing management.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain financial models for development and income-producing assets
- Support due diligence, feasibility analysis, and investment papers
- Assist with fund structuring, investor reporting, and legal documentation
- Prepare presentations and materials for institutional and private investors
- Collaborate with internal teams across development, operations, and finance
- Track market activity, support capital raising, and assess new investment opportunities
About You
- 1–3 years' experience in real estate investments
- Strong Excel and modelling capability
- Interest in the living sector and broader real estate investment landscape
- Analytical and commercially minded, with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment with senior exposure
