We're on the hunt for an Intake & Assessment Officer to be the friendly face (or voice) that welcomes people into starting their mental health recovery journey. You'll be the calm in the storm, the guide at the crossroads, and the connector to life-changing services.
What You'll Be Doing In This Role
- Be the gatekeeper of our program—triage referrals and chat with clients and stakeholders
- Keep our intake and referral system humming smoothly
- Handle enquiries like a pro—from the public and our partners
- Dive into assessments to match clients with the right support
- Respond swiftly when someone's in crisis
- Keep client records tidy, secure, and compliant

- Qualifications in Community Services, Mental Health, or similar (Enrolled Nurse, Social Worker—yes please)
- Experience in intake or triage roles
