Then this is the position you are looking for
- Permanent, full-time position (35 hours per week).
- Remuneration commencing from $2,582.98 gross per fortnight with the opportunity to progress to $3,009.58 gross per fortnight + superannuation (12%).

- Please note: Rates of pay for all Council employees aged between 15-18 years of age are paid in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award 2023, Clause 32. Junior and Trainee Employment. For further information, please see Council's Junior Rates of Pay Fact Sheet.
A major component of this role is the provision of quality customer service to the planning and development industry clients which requires highly developed verbal and written communication and organisational skills.
Skills
Position require strong administration skills to successfully undertake the processing of statutory applications. Duties of the position include, but not limited to:
- Processing of applications, data entry, working on scanning and registration project and filing;
- Booking of meetings and building/plumbing inspections;
- Preparation of correspondence and statutory approvals; and
- Providing information and advice to customers both verbal and face-to-face.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has an ability to effectively meet deadlines in a high workload office environment;
- Is well-organised with excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills; and
- Substantial administration and customer service experience with attention to detail, relevant to the role.
