About the Role
This senior leadership role will see you provide strategic financial advice and partner with senior executives to drive decision-making and organisational performance. You will lead a finance team to deliver best-practice solutions, embed a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure financial strategies align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end finance service delivery across a complex portfolio, setting clear service standards and driving continuous improvement.
  • Own consolidated budgeting, forecasting and multi-year planning, and oversee month, quarter and year-end reporting with insightful commentary.
  • Provide executive decision support through financial modelling, scenario analysis and robust business cases that prioritise investments and resources.
  • Strengthen governance through effective controls, compliance and risk management frameworks, ensuring policies and legislative requirements are met.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team through clear objectives, coaching and capability uplift, fostering a client-focused, performance culture.

About You

  • CA or CPA qualified, with postgraduate study in accounting, business or commerce preferred
  • Proven senior leadership experience within large, complex environments
  • Strong financial management, analysis and advisory capability
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at executive level
  • Demonstrated success building high-performing, client-focused finance teams
