Infrastructure Business Analyst – Texture, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia

Join Texture to apply for the Infrastructure Business Analyst role. You will report to the Business Analysis & Test Capability Manager from an admin and capability perspective. You will be part of a range of projects and initiatives within the infrastructure domain and will report to their assigned Project Manager(s) for project-related tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide core business analysis skills, including data analysis in Excel, facilitating workshops, requirements gathering, benefits identification and realisation.
  • Communicate complex concepts in layperson terms and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Contribute to as-is process capture and to-be process design, with lean process improvement to identify waste and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work in an agile environment, whilst not necessarily implementing an Agile methodology.
  • Support project establishment and closure activities, such as problem identification/definition, development of business cases, budgeting, and operational handover documentation.
Desirable experience
  • Experience with infrastructure projects and infrastructure networks.
  • Experience with hosting services, data centres, and cloud/Microsoft Azure.
