  • Salary: $76,302 - $85,765 gross p.a. plus 12% Super
  • 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with the option of flexitime
  • Located at Nowra Administration Building

About The Role

This position is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, facilitating and delivering a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, develop tailored recruitment and selection plans, and provide advice on matters relating to talent acquisition, sourcing, attraction, and retention. This includes:
  • Draft advertisements, coordinate interviews, arrange medicals and pre-employment checks and draft employment contracts
  • Coordinate recruitment and panel member training, ensuring hiring managers adhere to recruitment policy and legislative requirements
  • Facilitate the recruitment software system and workflows to deliver and enhance the efficiency of the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Work collaboratively with Human Resource Business Partners and the Pay Office to ensure consistent delivery of services and ongoing process improvement

About You

To be successful in the position, you are required to have:
  • Certificate IV in Human Resources or other relevant/equivalent qualification or relevant work experience
  • Proven recruitment/talent acquisition or administration/office support experience in a fast paced, high-volume work environment
  • Experience working with candidate management and selection systems or other demonstrated systems experience
  • Understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity and other relevant legislation
  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and merit-based selection principles
