About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to analyse business requirements and implement IT solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness. You will work with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, document business needs, and support solution development.
The role of Business Analyst is to support several internal clients through analysis of their business requirements and implement IT solutions which address business needs.
This will include analysing, transforming and ultimately resolving the business problems with the help of technology and making recommendations on the technology solutions including the use of technology architecture, tools, or software application.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage with stakeholders to define business needs and recommend IT solutions.
  2. Facilitate workshops and document business processes.
  3. Analyse, document, and validate business and system requirements.
  4. Liaise with stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies and operations in order to recommend technology solutions.
  5. Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
  6. Work closely with development teams to ensure solution alignment.
  7. Identify risks and contribute to governance frameworks.

About You

  1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
  2. Strong skills in business process modelling, documentation, and requirement gathering.
  3. Experience in cost-benefit analysis and business case development.
  4. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and ICT governance frameworks.
  6. Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
