Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Claims Product team. As a pivotal contributor, you will play a unique and dynamic role, influencing both operational excellence and strategic initiatives.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, fellow Business Analysts, and Developers to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. This includes identifying and incorporating process improvements, evaluating enhancement requests, and partnering with Developers to ensure seamless implementation of requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Understand challenges, gather requirements, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and incorporate process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Enhancement Requests: Evaluate incoming enhancement requests for feasibility, scope, and urgency.
  • Implementation: Partner with Developers to ensure seamless implementation of requirements.
  • Testing: Prepare and execute functional and regression testing.
  • Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to QA team members when applicable.

You should have a few years of experience as a Business Analyst, strong skills in process improvement, and a customer-centric mindset. Excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to manage diverse tasks effectively are also essential.
