Overview

Program Manager – Operational Technology. Are you a seasoned Program Manager with a passion for operational technology and energy infrastructure? This is your opportunity to lead critical OT initiatives that support safe, reliable, and sustainable energy generation across the state.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of OT programs across multiple energy generation sites
  • Manage stakeholder engagement across technical, operational, and executive levels
  • Ensure projects meet safety, quality, budget, and timeline expectations
  • Coordinate site travel and on-ground project activities with minimal disruption to operations
  • Drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation across OT systems and processes
Experience and Background
  • Proven experience managing complex OT or ICS programs in asset-intensive industries (e.g., energy, utilities, mining, or heavy industry)
  • Strong understanding of SCADA, PLCs, telemetry, and cybersecurity in operational environments
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in government-owned or regulated environments is highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel to regional sites as required
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs
  • Relevant qualifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or asset management
