Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and strategic Distribution Executive to join our team at Minor Hotels Corporate Office in the Brisbane CBD.

In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Director of Distribution and play a vital part in enhancing the performance of Minor Hotels. Your focus will be on managing and optimising the distribution, content, and promotions of our properties across various online travel agents (OTAs). You will also coordinate dynamic connectivity for agents, ensuring seamless integration and maximised visibility. As a key player in our distribution strategy, your efforts will significantly contribute to driving bookings and increasing brand presence in the competitive hospitality market.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in revenue, distribution, or reservations who are eager to join a dynamic national distribution team and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Manage and optimise property listing content across all channels to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is consistently reflected.
  2. Oversee the connections between SiteMinder and the portfolio of channels, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  3. Cultivate and maintain relationships with OTA partners to enhance overall performance and collaboration.
  4. Provide support to internal and external stakeholders regarding channel connections and distribution-related inquiries.
  5. Coordinate the distribution rollout of offers and campaigns across all channels, ensuring effective promotion and visibility.
  6. Address and resolve any OTA parity issues to maintain competitive positioning.
  7. Identify and optimise revenue opportunities through OTA-sponsored listings and propose promotional strategies to the Revenue team.
  8. Prepare and deliver scheduled performance reports across all key partners to monitor and drive results.

Salary: $75,000 + Super

Qualifications
  1. Previous experience in Distribution, Revenue Management, or Reservations, as well as familiarity with multiple distribution platforms, will be highly regarded.
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships.
  3. Demonstrates a strong attention to detail and an adeptness in comprehending complex technical systems, ensuring high-quality outcomes in all projects.
  4. Capable of working autonomously, consistently delivering results while effectively managing time and resources to meet project deadlines.
  5. Experience in collaborating with remote teams and liaising with external vendors, fostering productive partnerships that enhance project success.
  6. Exhibits a positive attitude with a strong emphasis on efficiency, actively seeking ways to streamline processes and improve overall productivity.
