We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Executive Assistant to provide proactive and trusted support to our Chief Executive Officer and senior leadership team.
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the CEO's diary, email and occasional travel arrangements, as well as preparing and distributing reports and presentations.
You will also be responsible for representing the CEO and other executives in a professional, approachable and trusted manner, answering or directing enquiries and highlighting key priorities.
Your duties will include extensive calendar management, coordination of meeting schedules, preparation and distribution of Board papers, coordination of Board and Committee meetings, minute-taking and action item management.
You will also be responsible for maintaining executive and client confidence and protecting operations by keeping relevant information confidential, credit card reconciliations, coordinating events, functions, and site tours.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO, Board and C Suite (circa 5+ years) coupled with a highly professional yet personable approach.
You will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, impeccable time management and organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, tact, discretion and impartiality where circumstances require.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet while remaining composed, the ability to learn quickly and readily establish rapport across the organisation.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills, high levels of computer literacy and technically minded with the ability to rapidly acquire new knowledge and skills.
Commercially minded with the ability to provide valuable insight and proactive support while developing a deep understanding of the organisation.
A sense of humour and personal resilience, the desire to actively contribute to a collaborative, high-performing and inclusive team culture.
