What's the opportunity?We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Applications Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions across a diverse set of Microsoft and data-related platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and possess deep, practical knowledge across Microsoft 365 applications, data analysis tools, automation platforms, and project management tools.
Training Areas IncludeYou will be responsible for delivering engaging, hands-on training to a range of learners—from beginners to advanced users—across the following subject areas:
Microsoft 365 & Productivity Tools- M365 Beginner & Intermediate
- Microsoft Teams Essentials
- SharePoint Beginner & Intermediate
- Excel Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced & Expert
- Excel – Analysis and Dashboards
- Excel VBA
- Microsoft Project Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced
- Power BI Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
- Power BI DAX
- SQL Beginner & Intermediate
- Power Apps Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
- Power Automate Beginner & Intermediate
- ChatGPT Beginner
- End User Support Expertise: Delivered effective support across various applications and technologies.
- Engaging Training Delivery: Consistently received positive feedback for informative, tailored training sessions.
- Strong Problem-Solving: Resolved user issues efficiently, enhancing workplace productivity.
