End User Experience Specialist

We're seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of End User Experience Specialist.

This is a permanent position located in Adelaide, South Australia. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality solutions and provide exceptional customer service.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading technical delivery of modern workplace projects.
  • Mentoring and guiding other consultants on larger engagements.
  • Collaborating with project managers to define project scope, delivery plans, and schedules.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have strong experience in project consultant delivery, Microsoft technologies, and endpoint management principals. Specialising in SOE build, Active Directory, M365, AVD/RDS/Citrix, and other core Microsoft products is highly desirable.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong project consultant delivery experience from an MSP/Service Integrator or Consultancy environment.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft technologies - Current OS, infrastructure, and management capabilities.
  • Specialising in most of the following technologies: SOE build through MDT/SCCM/Intune, Active Directory, M365, AVD/RDS/Citrix, other core Microsoft products.
