We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Project Manager to join our Professional Services team in Canberra. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading customers through the implementation of projects, utilizing a combination of management and technical skills.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to own a portfolio of medium to high complexity projects. They will also have experience in project management methodologies, consulting, and leading technology implementation projects.
In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes for our customers. You will be responsible for executing pre-engagement tasks, planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously, and leading technical deployments through the full implementation lifecycle.
You will also facilitate requirements workshops, support consultants on project activities, and manage project escalations. Additionally, you will create and maintain project management documentation, ensure regular communication with key partners, and maintain internal and external project relationships.
