Kotti Capital is the single family office of a young, first generation Australian entrepreneur. The firm operates and invests in a wide range of asset classes & areas of interest, including but not limited to: digital assets, venture capital, the sciences and education.

About The Role:

As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of Kotti Capital, ensuring the efficient execution of our investment strategy, and leading multiple high-impact initiatives across our portfolio.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly entrepreneurial environment while building and optimising institutional-grade operations across diverse sectors.

What you'll do:

Strategic Leadership

• Partner with the Principal to develop and implement the family office's strategic vision;
• Lead and drive multiple strategic initiatives including a grants programme, research institution, early learning centres, and media investments;
• Oversee the investment team and portfolio management operations;
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, service providers, and partners across multiple sectors.
• Recruit A+ operators for leadership roles in Kotti's strategic initiatives

Operational Excellence

• Design and oversee operational infrastructure to support investment activities and family office operations
• Implement best-in-class processes and systems across all operational functions
• Manage risk and compliance frameworks to protect and preserve family wealth
• Build and lead high-performing teams across investment operations, accounting, legal, and administration
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with external advisers and service providers

Who you are:

• Organised, detail-oriented and smart generalist who can keep trains running on time & leaves no stone unturned.
• Strong ability to "altitude shift" - zoom out for high level strategic thinking, then zoom back in to ruthlessly prioritise and execute.
• Proactive, can handle ambiguity and doesn't need to be micromanaged.
• Any level of experience could be a fit for this role for someone who is hungry to grow & willing to challenge themselves.
• Compensation will be commensurate with experience. We prefer deep expertise and experience.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
• High degree of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in dynamic environments
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented with attention to detail

Location : Onsite at our offices in Melbourne, Australia.
