Join our dynamic and supportive team at Lumus Imaging, based in the modern facilities of Northern Beaches Hospital. We're seeking passionate and driven individuals who are looking to make their mark in the emergency imaging arena.

What we are looking for:

We're after someone with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for healthcare in the acute care setting. You'll need to bring:

• Proven success in a General and CT Radiographer role for 3+ years, proficiently scanning a varied and complex case mix in a busy setting. Hospital experience highly desirable however not essential.
• A team-player mindset, willing to collaborate with both medical and non-medical staff.
• Ensure timely examinations by identifying workflow issues with the ability to quickly identify challenges and escalate to the Modality Head or Imaging Manager if required
• Identify and report on equipment and quality issues.
• Provide training to junior staff, mentoring intermediate CT users and overseeing students on clinical placement.
• Ensure staff compliance, staff productivity and allocation of staffing resources with regards to the triaging processes of patient and departmental needs
• Demonstrate a rigorous commitment to CPD in the radiography field and contribute to the dissemination of this information to the department.
• Troubleshooting of IT systems, equipment and PACS
• A tertiary qualification in Diagnostic Radiography, along with AHPRA Registration and a NSW EPA Radiation Use License.
