Senior Security Installations Technician role based in Mascot, NSW. Base pay range: $105,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr, plus super, company vehicle, uniform and specialist tools of trade. This is suitable for electricians looking to upskill into a smarter, tech-driven security environment.

Position Details

This role requires the expertise of an Installation/Service Technician with an electrical trades background seeking to expand their knowledge and learn a new vertical. We will do the rest in developing your skills in our specialist industry. You will be trained and ultimately required to install, maintain, and troubleshoot security systems, including intruder alarms, access control and CCTV, on sites that offer their own challenges.

You will work within data centers and construction sites across NSW, applying your electrical knowledge while growing your skills in electronic security.

This is not a domestic alarms or basic install role.

Your Responsibilities

• Installations/service on various data center sites as a fully supported team member, with training to become an expert in electronic security
• System checks and fault finding and applying experience as an Electrician or similar to succeed
• Security Regulations and Standards: familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure installations meet legal and regulatory expectations

Requirements

• 5 Years + Installation or service experience (Electrical or electronic based)
• Driver's License
• Construction White Card or Relevant State Construction Card (prepared to secure)
• Have or have the ability to obtain Security License and NV1 clearance
