Working as part of our National Environmental business you will be supported by a broad range of environmental practitioners with opportunities for you to develop your skills and expand your network.
This role is suited to an experienced environmental professional, or environmental planner looking to expand and diversify their experience and career.
Key Responsibilities

- Project Team Management: Manage project teams to achieve exceptional project results that exceed client expectations.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, developing high-quality proposals to secure new business.
About You

In this role you will lead high performing project teams, mentor staff, grow your external networks and utilise your skills to solve complex problems for our clients.
You will have:
- Qualifications in environmental science, planning, or related degree discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental impact assessment or planning and approvals (SA experience essential) – consulting experience is desirable
- Strong knowledge of environmental and planning legislation, regulations, standards, and best practices
- Experience managing medium to large projects through the development spectrum, including managing timelines, budgets, and resourcing
- Adaptability to undertake a range of technical work based on project requirements
- Experience in mentoring and developing staff
- Interest and aptitude in working across multiple disciplines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain positive team and client relationships
- Organised, motivated and self-directed
