Overview

We are seeking a motivated and high performing individual to work within our Investigations team. As a Trainee Factual Investigator you will work closely with our Investigations team in the day-to-day operations of our division. Responsibilities
  • Preparation and writing of formal reports and documents for clients;
  • Review investigator field notes;
  • Conduct enquiries and liaise daily with clients and investigators;
  • Ongoing investigations administration and support.
About You
  • Proven administration experience (1-2 years).
  • An interest in investigations and/or law enforcement.
  • Excellent writing skills, grammar, spelling and report preparation abilities.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Time management and organisational skills.
  • Great customer focus and dedication.
  • A confident and pleasant approach to phone and email enquiries.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
