We are working on an excellent opportunity with a leading offshore firm in Cayman, seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join their growing team. The firm has a strong international presence and an excellent client portfolio. This role would suit someone looking to progress in their career and be involved in high-value, multi-jurisdictional corporate work spanning a breadth of M&A, finance, funds and some regulatory.

The ideal candidate:

  • 3-5 PQE
  • Ideally experience in digital assets/fintech/crypto
  • Admitted in the UK, Australia, New Zealand or Canada
  • Excellent academics
  • Experience in digital assets, fintech and web3
  • Experience from a leading law firm
  • Strong desire to live in Cayman
