Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for property and customer experience? We're seeking a proactive Sales Centre Manager to lead our Ed Square Property Information Centre, ensuring it operates seamlessly and delivers exceptional service to every visitor.

In this pivotal role, you'll be the face of our brand—managing a high-performing team, converting enquiries into qualified sales leads, and maintaining a welcoming, professional environment. You'll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and supporting our broader business goals.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead the Centre: Open and close the Sales Centre daily, ensuring smooth operations and full staffing.
  • Customer Engagement: Handle walk-ins, calls, and emails with professionalism and warmth. Identify customer needs and connect them with the right Sales Consultant.
  • CRM Management: Accurately input and manage customer data, email leads, and surveys in our CRM system.
  • Complaint Resolution: Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Health & Safety: Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
  • Performance Focus: Meet key targets including customer satisfaction (NPS 30+), response times, and sales conversions.
What We're Looking For
  • Licensed Professional: REINSW Agents Representative License required.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years in property sales—land estates, new homes, or real estate.
  • Customer Champion: Passionate about delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
  • Team Leader: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Flexible & Reliable: Willing to work weekends and additional hours when needed.
