What You'll Do
  • Keep our café humming with smooth operations, amazing coffee, and happy customers
  • Lead, train and inspire our crew to deliver outstanding service and share our coffee passion
  • Manage orders, stock and supplier relationships
  • Bring fresh ideas to keep our café vibrant and our community growing
  • Maintain our high standards of quality, food safety, and café cleanliness
Who You Are
  • You've managed a café or busy hospitality venue before; bonus points if you have years as a head barista behind you.
  • You're a people person; you make staff and customers feel welcome and valued.
  • You're genuinely passionate about specialty coffee, you know your beans and love a good chat about brew methods and flavour profiles.
  • You're organised, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You lead by example, rolling up your sleeves; backing up your team is second nature.
