Overview

Are you looking for a regular role with aged care clients who are living in the community?

This opportunity offers on-the-job training and the chance to complete your studies while being paid. Family-friendly hours and permanent part-time roles are available, with shifts Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. The hourly rate starts from $24.65+ per hour (part-time). Minimum 15 hours a week, and work up to 30+ hours a week.

Responsibilities
  • Visit clients (aged care) in their homes and support them with services, which may include:
  • Domestic Assistance
  • Shopping trips
  • Personal Care (dressing, showering, grooming, etc.)
  • Meal Preparation
  • Transportation
  • To & From Medical Appointments
  • Social Activities
  • Respite

As you start, you can complete socialisation and domestic tasks. As you progress, you will receive training in additional services, such as personal care, respite, catheter care, and more.

What we are seeking
  • Have a great attitude
  • Be reliable
  • Willingness to learn and work
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check (we will get this for you)
  • Have a current NSW driver's licence
  • Have a reliable, registered vehicle, with full comprehensive insurance
  • Have regular availability
  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or a Permanent resident, allowing access to State Funding for the program
Additional information

Shifts are available Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. You will be visiting (clients - aged care) in their homes and supporting them with services.
