Are you a friendly and enthusiastic individual seeking a rewarding career?

The Victorian Rehabilitation Centre is looking to employ a Food Services Assistant to join their busy department. You will work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment that strives to deliver outstanding healthcare to our patients.

As a Food Services Assistant Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Deliver, serve and collect all patient food requirements and meal trays
  • Assist in daily food preparation and basic meal assembly
  • Clean and maintain utensils and kitchen equipment in accordance with hospital & industry food safety and hygiene standards

Selection Criteria
  • Current Food Processing Certificate Level 1 (working towards or willing to attain)
  • Prior experience in Healthcare Food Services
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to work without supervision as well as a part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts - early/late shifts & weekend work
