We are looking for a Club Manager to lead the pre-sale and launch of our brand-new Anytime Fitness Toowong and Bardon clubs. Presales kicking off soon and we need a leader who's ready to bring our vision to life from day one

We want a Club Manager who thrives on connection, gets a buzz from building relationships, and can channel that energy into driving sales and creating a club culture people are proud to be part of.

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, confident with high-volume calls.
• Energetic, approachable, and loves engaging with people both in-club and out in the community.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent customer service and complaint resolution skills.
• Creative and confident with content creation—comfortable being on camera.
• A sociable self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Availability to work some Saturdays.

As Club Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success and growth of the new club. Your responsibilities will include leading pre-sale campaigns with energy and accountability; driving membership growth through outbound calls, promotions, and community engagement; building strong B2B partnerships to create long-term value; managing club operations with a focus on member experience, safety, and culture; inspiring your team and leading by example in line with JVC Group's values. This is a hands-on, results-driven role where your passion and energy will set the standard for your team and members alike.

During pre-sales, your mission is to fill the club before the doors even open. You'll: make high-volume outbound calls and follow up leads consistently; drive casual leasing activations and street-level engagement; build local business connections and generate referrals; create and manage engaging social media content; own your results—using time wisely, taking initiative, and leading with drive.
