Job Description
We are seeking a part-time candidate available for 30.4 hours across 4 days per week (including Saturdays), with flexibility for casual candidates with long-term Saturday availability. The role involves connecting with injured employees and managers to support workplace injury management through injury triage, first aid advice, and linking to support services. Work is conducted telephonically, from home or our office, within a dedicated Triage Team providing personalized health support using your clinical experience in a corporate environment.
Tasks Include But Not Limited To
- Providing empathetic support and care to clients to improve health and wellbeing.
- Coordinating supports and wellbeing services for engaged clients.
- Offering initial injury triage, supporting physical and mental health needs.
- Managing case activities, liaising with stakeholders, updating via email, and creating documentation such as treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Registered Allied Health practitioner (Physio, Osteo, Chiro, OT, EP, etc.) or Registered Nurse.
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- First Aid (Level 2) or Basic Life Support training, ideally from a hospital setting.
- Caring, empathetic nature.
- Experience in care coordination or occupational rehab is desirable.
- Strong communication, IT, and time management skills.
- Customer service focus.
