About the Role

Car Sales Express is seeking a results-driven and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our high-volume dealership in Ringwood, VIC 3134. This full-time leadership role is your opportunity to inspire a motivated sales team, drive dealership performance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales, profitability, and market share.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets while providing ongoing coaching and support.
  • Partner with marketing to deliver targeted campaigns that attract and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.
  • Monitor used car market trends, pricing, and inventory to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
About You
  • Proven track record of success in a used car sales management role; automotive industry experience is essential.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities.
  • Solid knowledge of used car pricing, sourcing, and stock control.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Qualifications in sales, marketing, or business (or equivalent experience).
