Senior Recruitment Consultant | GTM | SaaSWe're partnering with a high-growth HR & payroll software vendor looking to bring on an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new business across a defined portfolio of large enterprise customers (5,000+ employees) in the ANZ region.
If you've sold into the SAP ecosystem or have experience with HCM/Payroll solutions, this is a high-impact role where you'll lead strategic sales cycles and help shape the future of digital HR transformation across major Australian businesses.

What you'll be doing:
- Prospecting and converting strategic opportunities across ANZ
- Leading sales cycles from discovery to negotiation, including ROI and business case development
- Running compelling solution demos with the support of pre-sales and product teams
- Driving partner engagement with SAP, SIs and key alliances
- Crafting territory and account plans to deliver quota and long-term pipeline
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure solution delivery, renewals and customer value
What we're looking for:
- Proven track record in enterprise software sales (ideally SAP ecosystem or HCM/Payroll tech)
- Ability to sell consultatively into complex organisations
- Comfortable navigating partners, enterprise procurement, and long sales cycles
- Self-driven, strategic thinker with a commercial mindset
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
You'll be joining a tight-knit and well-supported sales team with regular meet-ups in Melbourne HQ and a collaborative approach to partner and customer engagement.
