We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Programmatic Manager with our team in Melbourne.

The Role:

As the Programmatic Manager, you will be the key driver behind the success of programmatic advertising campaigns, overseeing a dedicated team responsible for end-to-end client management. Your role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, negotiating deals, managing DSP relationships, and leading the team to deliver exceptional results.

Core responsibilities include:
  1. Collaborate with publishers and partners to develop campaign approaches, negotiate quarterly deals with clients, and troubleshoot/report on performance.
  2. Manage all DSP relationships, serve as the conduit between DSPs and clients, participate in QBRs, present roadmaps, troubleshoot issues, and explore beta opportunities.
  3. Lead the team on client requests, strategy, and campaign brief responses, ensuring high standards, collaboration, and seamless delivery during client meetings and QBRs.
  4. Contribute ideas and perspectives through internal brainstorming sessions, channel tactic ideation, and creating visuals tailored to campaign needs.
  5. Manage client communications, serve as the escalation point for campaign issues, host client education sessions, and present QBRs and thought leadership pieces.
A bit about you:
  • Proven leadership experience in programmatic advertising, managing teams and client relationships.
  • Strong skills in DV360 and Trade Desk platforms.
  • Expertise in negotiating deals and managing relationships with publishers, partners, and DSPs.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and provide insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for leading client conversations, hosting education sessions, and presenting thought leadership.
