You will experience **significant hands-on experience** as a lawyer in this team, including opportunities to build direct client relationships.You will develop and refine your technical and commercial skills acting on **Australian and cross-border** corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, and public and private capital raisings including IPOs . You will also advise on strategic corporate matters, governance, shareholder activism and ASX listing rules.You will have **opportunities for secondments** as well working collaboratively with other practice groups and teams, expanding your professional network.
