An experienced Business Analyst to join a large Scale TechnologyOne program to modernise core enterprise processes and improve service delivery.

The Business Analyst will lead discovery through to go‑live and hypercare, working closely with business SMEs, TechOne consultants, change and test teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to elicit and validate business, functional and non‑functional requirements across relevant TechOne modules.
• Document current‑state (AS‑IS) and design future‑state (TO‑BE) processes using BPMN/UML where appropriate.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria; maintain a prioritised backlog.
• Define data and reporting needs (dashboards, statutory, management and operational Work with TechOne consultants to align requirements to out‑of‑the‑box capabilities; identify configuration, extensions and integrations.
• Produce solution options/impact assessments, including "adopt vs adapt" trade‑offs.
• Contribute to interface specifications (e.g., financials, HR/payroll, CRM, asset systems, identity).
• Support environment planning and configuration traceability.
  
  

Required experience

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst on enterprise SaaS/ERP programs, including at least one end‑to‑end TechnologyOne implementation or major upgrade.
• Strong process design and requirements engineering (BPMN, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Hands‑on UAT planning/execution and cutover/hypercare involvement.
• Experience in Agile delivery within a program governance framework (e.g., PRINCE2/PMO stage gates).
  
  

Desirable

• Experience in OneCouncil, Property Rating would be highly beneficial
• Sector experience (e.g., Local Government, University, Health, Utilities) with relevant statutory/reporting needs.
• Understanding of TechOne configuration patterns and common integrations (e.g.,ability to configure BPA's is highly desirable
