The Role

As an Account Partner at Veeva, you will generate, manage, and expand opportunities across business, IT, and C-level executives in the life sciences industry. Your primary responsibility will be growing sales within assigned accounts by utilizing internal resources while maintaining a strong focus on customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement a value-based selling approach to present Veeva products and motivate prospect's interest.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas through proven track records of sales performance.
  • Take ownership of generating qualified opportunities and closing them by managing complex sales cycles while leveraging internal and external resources.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of combined experience across account management, enterprise solution sales, and/or business development experience focused on the life science industry.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Able to manage time and priorities effectively.
  • A team player who commits to the team's success over personal achievement.
  • Act with urgency and creative thinking.
  • Be willing to travel as required.
Nice to Have

While not required, experience in SaaS sales and network within the life science CRO sector would be beneficial.
