Our Property and Buildings team is a specialist engineering group operating across all sectors. This role is vital to the ongoing success of our P&B Civil team in Perth and offers career development opportunities and professional growth. • Work on a range of iconic projects within the defence, health, energy and commercial sectors.
• Work in a high impact, market-facing and civil engineering delivery focused role.
• Manage ongoing communication and highly effective professional relationships with local clients.
• Proactively determine, manage, monitor and control scope of works.
• Ensure timely and quality of delivery for project and civil engineering work in support of relevant technical, commercial and regulatory standards.
• Manage effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
• Provide sound technical/delivery guidance for the team.
• Mentor, train and develop the careers of junior engineers.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting.

• Bachelor to Masters' level degree (Civil Engineering).
• Chartered status with Engineers Australia (desirable).
• Excellent expertise in civil engineering and design documentation, including roads, carparks, public realm, earthworks, stormwater and utility coordination.
• Sound working knowledge of relevant Standards and Codes.
• Solid industry experience on Australian civil engineering projects.
• Expertise in effectively delivering multiple, concurrent projects ranging and scale and sector, e.g. commercial, residential, industrial, land development, subdivisions.
• Sound client facing and relationship management skills.
• Adept in cross-discipline project delivery and an effective collaborator with all key engineering disciplines.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and 12D or Civil3D.
• Knowledge of DRAINS and MUSIC software.
• Highly developed customer-focus, leadership, teamwork, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
