As a Senior Civil Engineer at Peritas, you'll take full ownership of projects from concept to completion, delivering high-quality designs, documentation, and innovative solutions. Your technical expertise will ensure efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional outcomes for our clients while shaping the way we approach engineering challenges.

Your Impact Will Span Across:

• Lead civil engineering projects across land development, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Schedule and manage your own work to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Manage project variations, approvals, and communications with councils and authorities.
• Represent Peritas at project meetings, inspections, and client engagements.

Design & Technical Expertise

• Prepare detailed designs, drawings, and documentation across stormwater drainage, bulk earthworks, roadworks, traffic management, and water/sewage systems.
• Investigate complex engineering problems and develop practical, innovative solutions.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, codes, and best practices.
• Develop and manage project budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost-effective strategies.
• Track invoicing and collections, ensuring timely financial reporting.
• Ensure project compliance with contractual and financial requirements.

Partner & Client Experience

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and government agencies.
• Provide expert technical advice and guidance to clients and stakeholders.
• Negotiate effectively to achieve project objectives and resolve challenges constructively.

Your Profile

We're looking for a Senior Civil Engineer who's passionate about technical excellence and delivering outstanding results. To thrive in this role, you'll ideally bring:

• Proven experience leading civil engineering projects in land development, commercial, or industrial sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge across drainage, roadworks, earthworks, and water/sewage systems.
• Demonstrated project management experience, including budgeting, resourcing, and client liaison.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A focus on innovation, quality, and practical problem-solving in engineering projects.
