Based in Canning Vale, Western Australia, the Production Machine Operator will report into the Supervisor.

Role

Production Machine Operator — Based in Canning Vale, Western Australia; reports to the Supervisor.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the highest possible standards of safety and housekeeping are maintained within the site and the Area of work for the day.
  • Report all accidents, incidents, and safety issues to the Supervisor.
  • Adherence to all Visy safety Policy / requirements.
  • Ensure all Risk Assessments and Safe Work Procedures are up to date and related staff assisting on machine have sighted and signed accordingly.
  • Ensure all assisting staff are wearing the correct PPE for site and Machine requirements.
  • Maintaining effective discipline whilst operating machinery.
  • Ensure orders are produced as per the schedule and customer requirements.
  • Ensure that the required quantity and quality of product are manufactured and delivered to the customer in accordance with the factory order.
  • Discuss any maintenance or repairs that may have arisen during the day to Supervisor as soon as possible.
