Job Title: Senior Program Manager - Vendor Experience

Amazon's Retail team in Sydney is seeking a customer-obsessed Senior Program Manager to lead the development and execution of programs that improve the overall experience of vendors.

The successful candidate will own multiple workstreams across supplier contact support, education and training materials, and products that enhance ease of doing business. They will develop and own a roadmap, balancing direct execution of initiatives with driving delivery through local and global cross-functional stakeholders.

This role requires keeping the voice of the vendor central in Retail business decisions. The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed, able to combine data and anecdotes to identify top pain points, prioritize accordingly, measure impact, and iterate when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and develop the Vendor Experience strategy, covering short and long-term planning.
  2. Develop and own the multi-year Vendor Experience roadmap, continuously iterating with new initiatives and insights each year.
  3. Own reporting and updates of workstream performance, implementing short to medium-term actions to bridge performance gaps when required.
  4. Work with global and local partner teams to generate buy-in on roadmap initiatives, secure capacity, influence, and make trade-offs.
  5. Own launch and post-launch processes for new products delivering scalable and/or automated solutions to program priorities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field
