Senior Account Manager

BMF is seeking a talented Senior Account Manager with experience working with large retail brands to drive the day-to-day workflow of client businesses and develop a broader understanding of their business needs and competitive set.
This role requires commitment, energy, and the ability to thrive under pressure. As part of a close-knit team working alongside creative and strategic thinkers, you will have opportunities for growth and development in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a broad understanding of client businesses and their competitive context
- Build timelines for complex integrated campaigns
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Take a leading project management role on key clients to deliver award-winning work
- Utilize technical production knowledge across broadcast, digital, print, and outdoor channels
- Work with the group account director to identify new client opportunities
- Manage job finances, estimating work and delivering projects accurately
- Build and manage complex integrated campaign budgets involving multiple channel executions
- Experience in a similar role within a reputable agency
- Retail experience is beneficial
- ADMA qualifications are highly desired
- Passion for brilliance and desire to deliver unexpected results
- Flawless attention to detail and ability to follow BMF processes
- Strive to bring inspiration and ideas to the table
- Entrepreneurial approach to go beyond day-to-day work
- Emerging strategic confidence contributing to strategic and business thinking
