Experienced Retail Pool & Spa Store Manager

Captain Nemo's is seeking a Sales/Store Manager for our Helensvale Store.

The applicant must have:

  • Sales experience within the swimming pool industry
  • Competence in all areas of pool chemistry
  • Ability to demonstrate how pool equipment may meet a client's needs and assist in closing sales
  • Problem-solving skills for pool & spa issues
  • Proficiency in using our computer application to collect customer data
  • Ability to maintain store merchandising standards and keep the shop neat and tidy
  • Experience in implementing processes and practices
  • Administration experience (advantageous)

To be considered, you must be experienced, have a strong work ethic, confidence in following up leads, excellent communication skills, high motivation, teamwork spirit, presentable appearance, good spoken communication, and physical fitness.

The role involves customer interaction, sales drive, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, heavy lifting, adaptability, honesty, trustworthiness, resilience, and providing accurate information. You should be able to work unsupervised and uphold high work standards.

Appearance and manner should always be of a high standard. Own transport is required for travel between branches. Part uniform will be supplied. Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays is necessary.

The salary is attractive and competitive, including commission and superannuation.
