Overview

As a Retail Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a high performance culture, ensuring that great customer experience is enabled across the store.

Location options include Chadstone, Narre Warren, Cranbourne, Dandenong, Chelsea Heights, Vermont South, Glen Iris, Melbourne, South Melbourne, and other Victoria locations as listed in the original posting.

Responsibilities
  • Help across a number of areas within stores, from customer facing to back of house
  • Provide a high level of customer service before, during, and after the sale
  • Assist with merchandising to contribute to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience
  • Support the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following receiving processes
Qualifications
  • Passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games
  • Enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated
  • Customer focus and result driven
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
