Responsibilities
  • Helping across a number of areas within the stores, from customer facing to back of house.
  • Providing a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the sale.
  • Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by merchandising products on the sales floor.
  • Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes.
Qualifications
  • You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated.
  • Customer focus and result driven.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
