Be among the first 25 applicants. Join Our Experienced Education & Migration Team in Brisbane. Global Mate is seeking a motivated future Education Consultant to join our supportive Brisbane team, starting at an administrative level with comprehensive training and guaranteed career progression.

Role: Education Consultant (Education Services and Training). This is a full-time position with a salary range of $55,000 – $65,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process education and visa applications with precision
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Assist with client communications (English & Mandarin)
  • Support consultants with research and administrative tasks
  • Utilise AI tools to enhance work efficiency
Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years in education/migration/visa processing OR Australian study experience
  • Language: Native Mandarin Speaker AND IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent English proficiency
  • Technical Skills: Advanced MS Office (especially Excel), fast typing speed, AI software familiarity
  • Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, efficient, able to multitask accurately
  • Availability: Full-time commitment with valid work rights in Australia
Ideal Candidate
  • Understands the Australian education system and visa processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Proactive learner eager to develop industry expertise
