Role Overview
You'll work closely with the Sales Manager to identify opportunities, close deals, and consistently exceed sales targets. With daily customer engagement, weekly team strategy sessions, and monthly performance reporting, you'll play a vital role in shaping sales success.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively target and engage new prospects to build a strong, qualified sales pipeline
  • Identify key decision-makers and leverage deep research to uncover high-potential opportunities
  • Drive rapid revenue growth by consistently hunting new business and securing wins
  • Deliver sharp, tailored presentations that captivate prospects and open doors
  • Ask powerful, targeted questions to expose pain points and position your solutions as the best fit
  • Convert cold leads into loyal customers by confidently showcasing value and closing deals
  • Listen actively to adapt your pitch and uncover additional sales opportunities

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with proven success in manufacturing or logistics, skilled in driving results and building lasting client relationships.

  • Minimum of 3 years' sales experience in manufacturing or logistics
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving results
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and client relationship management
  • Passionate about delivering solutions and making a measurable impact
