Syndex is a fastgrowing, cloudbased platform powering private capital

markets—enabling fund managers, public unlisted businesses or other fractional, privately held schemes to raise capital, manage compliance, communicate with stakeholders and offer liquidity solutions using Syndex's unique, secure cloudbased software.

The role

You will be

~Hunting and closing new business — targeting private companies, fund managers,

co-ops and managers of ESOP and other investment schemes that are ready to innovate their investor relations, compliance and registry management.

~Driving adoption of Syndex's full SaaS platform, including our unique capital raising and liquidity tools and solutions

~Educating and delivering insights — helping clients understand and adopt features to enhance investability of their offerings

~Developing strategic partnerships and attending industry events to highlight the Syndex brand and network within the fintech ecosystem.

~Collaborate cross functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to tailor solutions and close deals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years' of industry-related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of successful marketing strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
