Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on leader with a passion for grounds maintenance and helping others grow to join our team at genU Business Enterprises.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of 2-3 supported employees in performing grounds and garden maintenance.
  • Provide daily supervision and mentorship to help supported employees develop new skills and reach their full potential.
  • Deliver high-quality service to both internal and external customers, ensuring productivity and safety at all times.
  • Manage tasks, provide feedback, and ensure work is completed efficiently and to customer expectations.
  • Maintain and care for grounds at genU and customer sites, adhering to strict OH&S standards.
Your Qualifications:
  • Proven experience leading small teams.
  • High level of pride in your work, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to train and motivate employees of all abilities.
  • Willingsness to adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Strong written, verbal, and computer skills.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module or willingness to complete.
