About the Role

We are seeking a Grounds and Maintenance Officer to attend to repairs and maintenance issues, ensuring the site's appearance is always maintained at a high standard. This full-time position requires a highly motivated individual who can provide exceptional customer service while working independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer all repairs and maintenance to tools, equipment, and machinery.
  • Regularly inspect and address general repairs to accommodation.
  • Maintain the sites' appearance by ensuring they are clean, tidy, and presented at a high standard at all times.
  • Perform gardening tasks such as pruning, weeding, hedging, and mowing in a timely and high-quality manner.
  • E nsure the proper and safe use and storage of materials, consumables, and gardening equipment.
  • Assist with other tasks including emptying rubbish bins and garden restoration.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience working as a handyman or in a maintenance position.
  • A valid driver's licence.
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent customer service skills combined with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.
