About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Sheds & Outdoors team as an Account Manager, in a role where you can make an impact This role is designed for someone hungry for sales, who thrives on working lead generation and is passionate about getting out and building relationships with our customers.

This role will be responsible for supporting and growing our Sheds and Outdoor customers and is a full-time, permanent opportunity. This role is based at our Adelaide location, supporting our South Australian customers so some travel will be required. Best suited to someone who loves to take ownership of their own days and be on the road

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while proactively expanding Stramit's Sheds & Outdoor customer base.
  • Develop and implement segment planning strategies, monitor KPI's and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure best customer experience.
  • Monitoring customer activity and market conditions to identify new and innovative opportunities.
  • Utilise various systems such as Salesforce CRM

To be considered for this role, we're looking for:
  • Experience in a similar Sales role and like-minded industry advantageous.
  • Strong experience in relationship building and maintenance, with fantastic customer centric outcomes.
  • Passion for Sales, with proven experience in driving results.
  • Positive attitude and strong resilience in a competitive environment.
  • Budget focus, tech savvy and resilience required in a competitive environment
  • Capable of working independently with initiative and enthusiasm, while also positively contributing to a collaborative team.
