About The Role

We are looking to identify a Delivery Manager / Construction Manager / Project Manager, ideally someone who has gained previous experience working with a Head Contractor or EPC.

This is a senior delivery leadership position where you will take ownership of the entire project delivery cycle, from planning and scheduling through to stakeholder engagement, construction oversight, and commercial outcomes.

Of most importance is identifying someone who has project managed the construction of projects.

The projects are diverse, technically complex, and demand a solutions-focused approach. You'll work closely with clients, suppliers, and the in-house engineering team to ensure quality, safety, and performance targets are met or exceeded.

This position would suit a Senior Project Engineer stepping up or a Delivery Manager / Project Manager looking for a new challenge.

About The Candidate Ideally You Will Have:
  • A Mechanical Engineering degree (or similar relevant qualification)
  • Proven experience delivering multi-discipline plant or processing facility projects in a construction capacity
  • Strong scheduling, stakeholder management, and construction delivery skills
  • A track record of achieving positive commercial and contractual outcomes, including variations and claims
  • The ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced project environments
  • Ambition and energy to contribute to a growing, future-focused business
