This opportunity stands out as you will also get exposure delivering IPAR's innovative services including our pain education program Re-thinking Recovery. This program centers around using virtual reality and modern pain science to help people understand pain and re-train their brain and body. Re-thinking Recovery is used in collaboration with a client's current healthcare approach and will involve engagement with the entire treating team to ensure the service is focused on the client.

• Case management (caseloads are manageable, and Rehabilitation Assistants provide support to alleviate administrative tasks)
• Apply clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes and partner with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
• Work collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
• Complete a variety of assessments using clinical and discipline-specific skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments
• Deliver the Re-thinking Recovery virtual reality pain education program

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Full Professional Registration with AHPRA
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Compassion and empathy
• A current valid Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance
